In this role you will: 

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
• Act as a key onsite presence, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and driving project performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate activities across teams, and ensure clear communication on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Proactively identify challenges and work collaboratively with project teams to develop effective solutions.
• Oversee project controls, change management, and the review of variations and delays.
• Support commissioning, closeout, and handover activities to ensure a seamless transition and successful project completion.
• Champion best practice project delivery, continuously driving improvements in processes and project outcomes.

We would love to hear from you if you:  

• Have experience delivering construction projects in a project management capacity.
• Bring experience from data centres, industrial, commercial, mission-critical, infrastructure, or other complex construction environments.
• Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience.
• Have achieved, or are working towards, a professional project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
• Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
• Are a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
• Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
• Are able to work in Merritt, BC, either locally or on a FIFO rotation.
