The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

  • Develop and maintain phase-based progress metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards to provide clear visibility into C&Q readiness, execution, schedule adherence, resource utilization, and key risks.
  • Drive integrated schedule performance, partnering with Engineering, Construction, C&Q, Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to identify critical-path activities, remove constraints, and recover schedule delays.
  • Establish and deploy a tiered performance management system across project teams, including daily/weekly escalation mechanisms, action tracking, issue resolution, and accountability at appropriate organizational levels.
  • Lead weekly project performance and coordination meetings, ensuring progress against commitments is reviewed, critical issues are escalated, and clear owners and due dates are established for corrective actions.
  • Facilitate monthly project governance reviews, presenting overall project health, phase progress, KPI trends, schedule performance, risks, opportunities, and recovery plans.
  • Establish standardized progress measurement and reporting processes, ensuring consistent definitions, data integrity, forecasting, and communication of project status across C&Q workstreams.
  • Proactively identify schedule, resource, execution, and interface risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive cross-functional teams toward timely resolution of barriers impacting commissioning and qualification milestones.
  • Coordinate phase-gate readiness assessments, ensuring required deliverables, documentation, systems, equipment, resources, and organizational prerequisites are completed prior to advancing to subsequent project phases.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven project culture, using data-driven decision-making, structured escalation, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time delivery of the greenfield facility.

We would love to hear from you if you:  

  • Have 7+ years of project management and lean principles
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline 
  • Have strong practical knowledge of C&Q execution strategy in Greenfield projects
  • Have experience developing multi-phase KPIs, dashboards in Tableau or Power BI etc.
  • Have experience manageing documentation from basis of design and requirements definition through system turnover and final handover.
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment 
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
