The Opportunity

In this role you will:

 

  • Lead and manage complex data center programs, often comprising multiple concurrent projects or phases
  • Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and providing strategic leadership
  • Oversee programme governance, controls, reporting, and assurance
  • Ensure effective integration of schedule, cost, risk, and change management across the programme
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists
  • Drive consistency in delivery standards, best practices, and reporting
  • Proactively identify programme‑level risks and mitigation strategies
  • Support procurement, contracting strategy, and stakeholder coordination
  • Manage dependencies between design, construction, and commissioning activities
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams

 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on large‑scale, complex projects
  • Strong background delivering data center projects (hyperscale, colocation, or mission‑critical environments preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of project and programme controls, including schedule, cost, and risk
  • Experience working in a client‑side or consultancy environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate confidently in fast‑track, high‑pressure environments
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional certifications (PMP, APM, RICS, etc.) are an advantage
