The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, product owners, and third-party vendors. The role will play a key part in ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle while supporting multiple concurrent initiatives.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Plan, design, and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing across multiple projects and releases.
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Review and validate business requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business needs and are testable.
  • Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate testing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution, working collaboratively with development and project teams to drive timely fixes.
  • Provide clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
  • Build strong relationships with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Salesforce, Data Platform, workforce management solutions, integrations, and business transformation projects.
  • Champion a quality-first approach, ensuring testing is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation, reusable test assets, and process enhancements.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

 

  • 5+ years' experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
  • Strong experience in functional, system, integration, regression, UAT and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid project delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to manage testing activities across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Desirable:

 

  • Experience testing Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience testing data migration, integration, and data platform solutions.
  • Experience working on enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to API and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of test automation principles and frameworks.
  • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification.
