We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us. For us, lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Lead the implementation of the project's digital delivery strategy, ensuring BIM objectives are aligned with client requirements and programme goals.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Digital Delivery Plans, and project information management procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary interface between client teams, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for all BIM and digital delivery activities.
  • Drive BIM coordination across multiple disciplines to identify, mitigate, and resolve design clashes, constructability challenges, and interface risks.
  • Monitor BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with project standards, information requirements, and agreed levels of development (LOD).
  • Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings and model reviews, tracking actions through to resolution.
  • Support project leadership by providing digital insights, performance reporting, and recommendations that improve delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) management and ensure accurate control, distribution, and governance of project information.
  • Review consultant and contractor BIM submissions for quality, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate model-based planning, sequencing, and visualization activities to support construction and commissioning teams.
  • Encourage adoption of best-practice digital engineering processes and emerging technologies across the project team.
  • Collaborate with project controls, construction management, commissioning, and cost management teams to integrate BIM data into decision-making processes.
  • Support handover and closeout activities by ensuring accurate as-built models, asset information, and digital records are delivered to the client.
  • Identify project risks associated with digital delivery and develop mitigation strategies to maintain programme objectives.
  • Prepare and present BIM dashboards, metrics, and progress updates to senior stakeholders and client teams.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience managing BIM and digital delivery activities on large-scale construction, data centre, life sciences, high-tech industrial, or mission-critical projects.
  • Possess a strong understanding of BIM standards, information management principles, and digital collaboration workflows.
  • Have proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams across design, construction, and client environments.
  • Are proficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or similar digital project delivery platforms.
  • Have experience managing Common Data Environments and information governance requirements.
  • Understand project management principles including programme management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
  • Are comfortable presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills and enjoy working in collaborative project environments.
  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, BIM/Digital Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Have relevant BIM certifications or industry accreditations.

Please note that this role will start on a contract engagement and will be based onsite.
