The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Prepare and deliver clear, structured reporting and presentations on project progress, risk positions, and forecast outcomes to senior stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership across Northeast Asia
  • Undertake forensic schedule analysis to evaluate delays, support claims and dispute resolution processes, and provide defensible data-driven recommendations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to planners, schedulers, and risk specialists, promoting best practices and consistency across projects and markets
  • Collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, cross-border teams, ensuring alignment with local market practices, regulatory requirements, and client expectations

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • 10–12+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, with strong experience in developing and managing complex, integrated project schedules
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management methodologies, including probabilistic risk analysis and Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA)
  • Proven capability in analysing project performance, identifying schedule risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies
  • Experience in preparing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong understanding of forensic schedule analysis, delay analysis techniques, and claims support within large, complex projects
  • Previous experience working within a consultancy, client-side environment, or major EPC organisation is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience mentoring or managing planners, schedulers, or risk professionals
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multi-cultural teams in Northeast Asia
  • Regional project experience in markets such as Japan, China, Taiwan, or Korea is highly preferred, with an understanding of local delivery practices and regulatory environments
  • Fluent English required; additional language capability (e.g. Mandarin or Japanese) is a strong advantage
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
