Overview

As an Architectural Manager Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us. For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Provide day-to-day construction delivery governance for the
architectural/modular scope across a gigascale, multi-phase datacenter program,
including safety leadership and adherence to program objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive integrated schedule planning and
look-ahead coordination for modular workflows (factory build, logistics, on-site
installation), including constraint removal, sequencing, and readiness gates.
  • Manage scope, change control, and commercial impacts for
architectural and OFCI interfaces, including validation of entitlements, assumptions,
and handoffs across design, procurement, fabrication, and site delivery.
  • Coordinate critical interfaces (civil/structural, MEP, controls,
security, fire/life safety, commissioning, and IT/OFCI integration) by maintaining clear
ownership, dates, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead vendor/GC performance management for architectural and
modular packages, including field verification, RFI/submittal tracking, progress
measurement, quality surveillance, and punch management.
  • Establish and manage modular logistics and installation plans
(transport, laydown, cranage/heavy lifts, weather windows, tolerances, and damage
prevention) and shall maintain associated risk mitigations.
  • Support permitting and AHJ engagement for phased turnover by
planning required inspections, documentation, and code compliance evidence to
    prevent schedule impacts.
  • Drive commissioning readiness for the architectural scope
(enclosure, life safety, access control, egress, labeling, O&M data) and support system
    turnover and integrated testing milestones.
  • Provide routine, executive-ready reporting on safety, schedule,
cost/change, quality, and risks, and shall escalate decisions through the Construction
Program Manager and DCD RCM as required.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Hold professional registration/licensure (architect or equivalent), where applicable, or shall demonstrate comparable professional competency.
  • Have a minimum of ten years of experience in architectural design
and delivery, including large-scale mission critical and/or industrial/critical infrastructure
    projects.
  • Have experience with due diligence for greenfield, brownfield, retrofit, and expansion projects, including code analysis, constraints review, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate review outcomes and direction to A/E partners across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Are able to perform business case and options analysis to justify design approaches and technical decisions.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of CAD/BIM and review tools (e.g., CAD, Revit, Bluebeam/BIM platforms) for drawing review and early-phase planning.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Have experience with permitting, land development interfaces, and
coordination of design deliverables through approvals.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
