The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, including data preparation, validation, submission, and approval in collaboration with HR and external providers
  • Review payroll outputs, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support payroll-related banking, payments, reporting, and data analysis using Excel and other tools
  • Deliver timely, high-quality support for employee payroll queries while maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Contribute to payroll projects and transformation initiatives, including data migration, validation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Drive continuous improvement by maintaining documentation, enhancing processes, and collaborating with global payroll teams

 

We would love to hear from you if: 

  • 10+ years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in payroll, finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookups, data analysis, reconciliations) with strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality employee experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with international payrolls (US, UK, Ireland) and flexibility to support EMEA/US-aligned working hours when required (11 AM - 8 PM IST)

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
