In this role you will:  

• Oversee the development and implementation of key strategic projects for the region, developing expert business strategies and execution plans in line with objectives and presenting to the executive team as required  
• Expertly manage client projects and project teams, ensuring all deliverables are achieved in line with schedule and budget requirements  
• Provide governance and support execution in developing an integrated project delivery model for the APAC region  
• Champion excellence of project planning and delivery in region 
• Lead collaboration with global teams  
• Review capital funding requests and project stage gates to ensure compliance with standards and that cost and schedule efficiencies are being realised  
• Conduct regional project reviews and provide guidance, advice and input to project reviews 
• Lead regional meetings, identify common issues or risks and support requests for escalation  
• Drive consistency and communication of lessons learnt and best practice across APAC with a focus on safety, schedule, cost, quality, sustainability  
• Support community engagement activities across projects and regions 

We would love to hear from you if you:  

• Are an experienced project manager with increasing levels of responsibility in the development and delivery of complex capital projects and programs over 10+ years  
• Have experience in data centre construction, hi-tech complex projects or hi-tech manufacturing including understanding of MEP, health and safety, commissioning, completion and handover 
• Have a degree or comparable experience in Project Management, Engineering or construction related discipline   
• Are able to influence cross-discipline teams and effectively use data and analytics for project planning  
• Have business management experience in construction sector including P&L responsibility, strategy and operational management experience  
• Are an excellent communication both verbally and in writing   
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
