The Opportunity

What You Will Lead

  • Oversee all MEP fit‑out activities across the campus, ensuring alignment from design through commissioning.
  • Set construction strategy, execution standards, and delivery priorities for all contractors and trade partners.
  • Govern high‑risk, complex operations with a focus on quality, technical rigor, and seamless cross‑discipline coordination.
  • Provide executive‑level reporting on schedule, risks, cost drivers, and critical path performance.
  • Challenge and approve contractor execution plans, resourcing models, and readiness for major milestones.
  • Maintain strong onsite leadership presence, removing barriers and enabling high‑velocity delivery.
  • Conduct independent reviews on installation quality, system completeness, and turnover readiness.
  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and project governance frameworks.
  • Lead senior‑level issue escalation, root‑cause investigations, and lessons‑learned for continuous program improvement.

About us

You Will Excel in This Role If You Have

  • 10+ years in senior construction leadership, with deep expertise in MEP and mission‑critical fit‑out (data centers, pharma, oil & gas, etc.).
  • Proven authority leading large contractor ecosystems and guiding both design and execution teams.
  • Strong technical command of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence across client, design, and GC leadership.
  • Fluency with construction digital tools and reporting systems.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑oriented leadership style and the ability to drive alignment across complex programs.

Interviews are conducted either in person or virtually (video required).
