Overview

As a Senior Contracts Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us. For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Lead and manage the full tender process on behalf of the client, covering multiple construction, specialist, and professional services packages — from GC contracts to consultant appointments.

  • Coordinate and administer all tender stages, including bidder prequalification, tender issuance, clarification management, evaluation of submissions, and support for commercial and contractual negotiations.

  • Prepare, review, and assemble contract documentation in line with consultancy best practices, ensuring clarity, risk mitigation, and alignment with client governance requirements.

  •

Oversee post‑contract administration as the client’s trusted advisor, including claims review, risk assessments, contractual interpretation, and management of variations and change orders.

  • Work closely with project management, cost management, and technical teams to integrate contract strategies with project delivery requirements.

  • Support the commercial team in preparing recommendations and guide the client through contract award decisions, ensuring they are commercially robust and aligned to project objectives.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring 15+ years of experience in contracts or commercial management within a consultancy, construction, or development environment.

  •

Have deep knowledge of construction contract law, procurement strategies, and contract administration from a consultant’s advisory standpoint.

  • Possess strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex legal and commercial agreements.

  • Have experience using Ariba or similar tender management/e‑procurement platforms for structured tendering processes.

  • Are familiar with local and international standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, NEC) and understand how they apply within a consultancy‑led approach.

  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and judgement, particularly when representing client interests.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, with an ability to produce high‑quality contractual documentation and reports.

  • Work with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional quality in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
