The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP and containment/integration work packages, including cable tray systems, fibre pathways, pipe supports, and all associated ancillary installations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure MEP systems and all containment/integration elements are installed and commissioned to design specifications.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate activities with other construction disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships. 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in construction management, focusing on MEP systems and
  • containment/infrastructure integration works for large commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, containment structures, and fire protection system interfaces.
  • Proven experience on data centre or pharmaceutical plant projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • PMP certification desired.
