The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Efficiently manage files and documents, including quality assurance and commissioning reports.
  • Administrate new and existing users on BIM360/ACC
  • Support the project QCx team with the review and creation of commissioning checklists.
  • Daily oversight of construction Issues Management.
  • Producing construction issues progress reports.
  • Liaise with commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure proper documentation flow and that they are meeting their deliverables on time according to the project schedule.
  • Produce weekly reports to assist in project delivery and commissioning progress tracking.
  • Professionally manage varied administrative tasks, including correspondence
  • Provide expert administrative support to the PMC team and technical stakeholders.
  • Use strong organisational skills to work closely with technical teams to deliver excellent service to the client.
  • Assist in tracking compliance with project quality standards and specifications.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Understand commissioning processes and quality management systems in a construction setup.
  • Possess +2 years of project-based support experience in office administration, business management, business analysis, or data coordination.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
  • Have excellent knowledge of Google G-suite and document control platforms (e.g., BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  • Are detail-oriented and quality-focused, with strong organisational skills.
  • Adapt to new processes and systems with agility and enthusiasm.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
