Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will lead complex pharmaceutical construction projects, including GMP manufacturing facilities and advanced therapy labs. This position ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will drive collaboration across internal teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve successful outcomes.

The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through handover, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Define project objectives, develop comprehensive plans, and maintain clear communication of roles and responsibilities across all parties.
  • Manage large-scale construction activities, monitoring progress, quality, and safety on-site, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead coordination between client teams, design consultants, and contractors for scheduling, snagging, and delivery milestones.
  • Control project budgets and spending plans, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to financial targets.
  • Implement robust governance processes, risk management strategies, and change control procedures.
  • Facilitate key meetings to track progress, address challenges, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and smooth handover to operations.
  • Capture lessons learned and share best practices for continuous improvement.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least 10 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma construction, including GMP facilities; with 3–5 years in cell therapy projects preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering projects from design through operational readiness.
  • Strong experience managing architecture/engineering firms, construction managers, and subcontractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations, validation processes, and capital project delivery for global organizations.
  • Skilled in integrated planning, critical-path scheduling, risk and dependency management, vendor oversight, and budget governance.
  • Degree in engineering, construction, or project management; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in biopharma, precision medicine, and cell therapy.
