We are seeking an accomplished Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with deep expertise in global pre-construction works and supply chain planning, ideally from a consultancy background. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to manage procurement and supply chain operations across complex, large-scale projects. You will act as the primary client partner, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence across procurement and supply chain functions.

The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for the client’s procurement team, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Develop, implement, and manage global supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Collect, refresh, and update supply chain data from multiple sources including ERP systems, dashboards, and automation scripts.
  • Execute automation scripts to process collected data and generate insights on demand and supply lines.
  • Perform demand planning, forecasting, and supply analysis using available data and planning tools.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers to support planning cycles and business reviews.
  • Support master data management activities related to supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely availability across all reporting and planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across planning activities
  • Contribute to process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct supplier prequalification and shortlisting for procurement activities.
  • Lead negotiations with external partners to secure favourable pricing agreements.
  • Assist contract development, review, finalisation, and administration with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Partner with clients to establish and implement guidelines for material pre-ordering and service packages.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding and foster positive relationships with on-site vendor teams through effective stakeholder management.
  • Lead key meetings with clients and suppliers, providing updates through clear, data-driven dashboards and reports.

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong background in global pre-construction procurement/supply chain works, preferably within the consultancy background.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, reporting).
  • Knowledge in data analysis, reporting, and process automation would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in tools/software such as:
    • Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
    • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
    • PLX Scripts and other automation tools.
    • Data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or equivalent).
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Are enthusiastic about being part of a global team, and able to flex your hours to engage across regions and time zones
