As a Pharmaceutical Engineering Project Interface Manager, you will be the key liaison ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams (engineering, quality, validation, procurement, EHS) and external stakeholders (design institutes, contractors, equipment vendors, and regulatory agencies). You will develop and execute the interface management strategy, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear communication channels to enable the successful delivery of complex pharmaceutical projects in compliance with GMP and global standards. We would love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical construction projects
Familiarity with GMP/GEP, China's "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs", and major international pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines, Performance/Process Qualification (PQ), Cleaning Validation, Computerized System Validation(CSV), and Analytical Method Validation, etc
Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Willingness to be based in Tianjin for the duration of the project.
