In this role you will:

• Lead project oversight across all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural
• Manage stakeholder relationships and hold teams accountable to deliverables
• Drive program efficiencies while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Represent client interests and manage project risk with a focus on cost and time impact
• Review construction drawings and identify gaps or opportunities to expedite work packages
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal client-side teams to ensure alignment and performance
• Develop and implement temporary works plans and ensure compliance with BMS, electrical, and mechanical standards
• Maintain strong administrative processes including audit trails, reporting blockers, next steps, and recommendations
• Track weekly progress and report key metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Support operational excellence through procedure reviews and best practice implementation
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment or system failures
• Work within ACC, SharePoint, and site-based tools to manage documentation and drawings

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Proven experience managing data centre construction projects, including live environments
• Strong MEP background with technical services expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Methodical decision-making and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., ACC, SharePoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Understanding of temporary works and construction safety protocols

The salary range for this role is between $165,000 and $225,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
