The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex integration and transformation projects across global data centre deployments.
  • Manage full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and production readiness.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders through regular updates, risk tracking, and issue escalation management.
  • Develop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors on turn-up processes, configuration, and downstream impacts (e.g. commissioning, deployment, rack integration).
  • Oversee delivery and tracking of key infrastructure components, including servers, racks, cabling, fibre, security systems and power systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities such as Data Hall fit-outs, Machine Learning (ML) hardware deployments, and critical infrastructure readiness.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define, document, and optimise operational workflows and process improvements.
  • Support on-site execution during critical project phases, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and operational handover.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including process storyboards, deployment milestones, and commissioning plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution across all phases.
  • Project management deliverables to ensure the delivery of DC Telcom Infrastructure fitout and for the Integration with Security, Telco and Network design and implementation. The main parts of the service are:
    1. Budget control
    2. Assist with the design process up to IFC drawings
    3. Assist with Security and Network design
    4. Manage tender of Telco Installer
    5. Materials procurement management
    6. Telco infrastructure installation management
    7. Documentation issuance.
  • The key focus areas are:
    1. Management of Contract Execution
    2. Construction Delivery
      • Schedule review
      • Safety (HSE)
      • Quality Management
      • Risk Management
    3. L1 – L5 Design & Commissioning (Cx)
    4. Early Access and Handover.

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Are ideally a qualified Telecommunications / Electrical Engineer with 5-7 years’ experience in providing LV Systems to a Data Centre such as Telecoms, Fibre, Security and BMS Systems.
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction discipline.
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
