In this role you will: 

• Coordinate overall tasks and activities with partner teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution
• Manage and maintain project status reports, focusing on cost control and schedule adherence
• Create and process purchase orders, and handle invoicing in accordance with project and financial requirements
• Coordinate, track, and follow through on change orders, ensuring proper documentation and implementation
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all commercial obligations outlined in the project contract
• Report key schedule milestones to the Leased Asset Management (LAM) team and other cross-functional stakeholders for visibility and alignment

We would love to hear from you if you: 

• Have experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background 
• Have experience in pre-contract cost management while being experienced in budget control, cost planning, preparing and initiating change forms for discussion with other project stakeholders while being knowledgeable on alternative construction materials 
• Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help 
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline 
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines 

• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

The salary range for this role is between $108,000 and $145,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
