The Opportunity

In this role you will:

 

  • Develop and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders, including client teams, internal teams and external partners
  • Create and distribute regular project status reports to ensure transparency and alignment across the EMEA region
  • Facilitate regular meetings and training with the site execution teams across all projects, scheduled backward from the final fit out date
  • Facilitate escalation forums to address and resolve project issues effectively
  • Build strong relationships with partners to understand their requirements and ensure downstream impacts are considered
  • Develop and deliver standardized training programs on turn-up processes for different configurations
  • Provide training on the impact of each configuration on workflows, including downstream activities such as commissioning, network deployment, and rack production
  • Identify and map resource locations during deployment and turn-up
  • Collaborate with downstream partners to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Develop storyboards that highlight downstream impacts on network deployment, rack deployments, and commissioning
  • Identify and implement improvements in workflows through regular workshops
  • Work closely with partners to track fiber installation timelines and understand all deliverables
  • Review key tasks and ensure alignment with the Cx plan
  • Facilitate regular meetings and training with the site execution teams across all projects, scheduled backward from the final fit out date
  • Develop training documentation outlining the Data Hall fit-out sequence process, with emphasis on external deliverables impacting fit-out
  • Create storyboards illustrating different phases and configurations Data Hall fit-outs (Modular Fit Out Components, Machine Learning and ML rack deployment)
  • Understand the Cx tagging process and identify efficiencies
  • Create storyboards to improve process alignment on site during turn up phase
  • Create storyboards illustrating different phases and configurations DCH fit outs (Modular Fit Out Components, ML Installations and ML rack deployment)
  • Manage distribution of documentation and training materials to site teams to support ML deployments
  • Define key metrics and commissioning sequences for network turn-up and production rack turn-up processes
  • Manage ML installation, including ship loose materials, long lead time materials, electrical materials, and Cooling Distribution Unit commissioning and tracking
  • Develop and optimize burn-in process and workflow, aligning timelines with ML rack deployment in Data Hall
  • Track deployment (installation) sequence and key risks, providing on-site support during critical milestones.

We would love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Are ideally a qualified Telecommunications / Electrical Engineer with 5-7 years’ experience in providing LV Systems to a Data Center such as Telecoms, Fiber, Security and BMS Systems
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
