As a Senior Financial Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Deliver timely and accurate month-end reporting for the EMEA region.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts for the EMEA region, providing analytical review and insights.
  • Ensure that books and records are maintained for all Linesight EMEA entities that comply with relevant professional accounting standards.
  • Manage the annual audit and compliance requirements for all EMEA entities within the set deadlines.
  • Lead a team of 7 accountants (ranging in experience from junior accountant to senior accountant).
  • Drive succession planning and people development strategies within the EMEA team.
  • Drive the ongoing development of resource capabilities within the EMEA team.
  • Lead and contribute to finance projects as required.
  • Deal with day-to-day requests / issues that may arise.
  • Deliver various ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested.

  • Relevant ACA/ACCA post qualifications experience.
  • Previous experience of leading a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Strong team player.
  • Flexible and capable of achieving results in a changing work environment.
