In this role, you will:

• Be a visible and proactive leader on site, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle

• Oversee and coordinate works across multiple stakeholders including the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery

• Take ownership of all snagging and quality assurance processes, driving resolution and adherence to programme schedules

• Monitor and implement project processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maintain compliance with all project procedures

• Lead regular site meetings to track progress, resolve issues collaboratively, and ensure clear communication of project impacts and risks

• Ensure all project protocols and safety procedures are consistently followed and actively championed

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have demonstrable experience managing utility infrastructure projects, ideally involving HV cabling and power distribution

• Are confident leading multi-disciplinary teams in a site-based environment

• Have previous experience delivering data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects

• Hold (or are working towards) a recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – support can be provided

• Possess a relevant degree or equivalent industry experience in construction, electrical engineering, or project management

• Communicate with clarity, influence, and professionalism – both on site and with senior stakeholders

• Excel at building positive relationships across client, contractor, and internal teams
