Overview

As strategic and hands-on Indirect Procurement Lead at Linesight you will lead critical initiatives across our global organisation. This is a high-impact role that blends category management, process transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us.

The initial priority of this role will be to source, manage and optimize our multinational Contingent Workforce (CW) vendor system, followed by driving the design and implementation of scalable global procurement processes across all indirect spend categories.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

Contingent Workforce Sourcing & Management:

  • Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting efforts for staffing agencies, MSPs, and freelance platforms across all regions.
  • Build a structured vendor management programme, including performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs), risk assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to ensure adherence to worker classification, co-employment, and regional labour laws.
  • Optimize use of VMS or similar technology platforms; develop reporting and analytics dashboards to track spend, vendor performance, and utilization.
  • Lead business reviews with CW suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive performance and strategic alignment.

Global Indirect Procurement Process Implementation:

  • Design and implement a standardized, scalable procurement process for all indirect categories (e.g., IT, marketing, professional services, facilities, HR services).
  • Develop procurement policies, templates, and tools to streamline sourcing, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
  • Work closely with functional leads and business partners to ensure adoption and compliance.
  • Champion a “center-led” procurement model that balances global governance with local flexibility.
  • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor procurement performance, savings, and supplier value delivery.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience of indirect procurement, with time focused on contingent workforce management.
  • Proven experience implementing procurement processes or transformation programs across multiple geographies.
  • Deep understanding of contingent labour models, compliance issues and vendor management best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience in a multinational or global organization.
  • Familiarity with Statement of Work (SOW) procurement and outsourcing contracts.
  • Change management or procurement transformation experience.
