Your Role

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale infrastructure construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and leadership to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage TenneT-related infrastructure projects in the Netherlands, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee day-to-day site activities, managing project timelines, quality, and safety performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Drive project completion, ensuring handover plans are met with high-quality documentation and adherence to expectations.
• Monitor and assess progress on-site, ensuring all snagging activities are addressed effectively.
• Review and manage project variations, delays, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Champion best practices in project management, identifying areas for process improvements and efficiencies.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction (experience in data centers is not required).
• Fluent Dutch speaker, with strong communication skills in English.
• Experience managing TenneT projects or similar high-voltage infrastructure projects.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP, or other project management certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
• A detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative and proactive approach, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.
