Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Field Assembly Integration (FIA) to lead large-scale commercial projects such as data centres and pharmaceutical plants. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of MEP & FIA packages, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP & FIA packages.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure MEP & FIA systems are installed and commissioned to design specifications.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate activities with other construction disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, focusing on MEP & FIA systems for large commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP and fire protection systems, design, and installation.
  • Proven experience on data centre or pharmaceutical plant projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • PMP Certified desired
