In this role you will:
Lead and facilitate Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) workshops in collaboration with stakeholders to evaluate project cost, schedule, and risk data
Work closely with risk owners and consult with subject matter experts to develop credible risk impact assessments, ensuring identified risks and mitigation strategies are accurately costed and scheduled
Build and maintain a comprehensive risk register and develop a detailed risk profile for the project
Design and execute stress test scenarios for extreme risk events, using expert analysis to present insights and recommendations to project teams
Contribute to the broader risk management function by delivering training and keeping colleagues up to date on risk processes and best practices
Apply business development skills to build strong relationships with new clients and continue to deliver value to existing one.
We would love to hear from you if you:
Hold a degree or possess equivalent experience in a relevant field
Bring experience in delivering risk management services, particularly with an emphasis on risk modelling
Hold (or are working toward) certifications such as PMI-RMP, IRM, or APM – support is available to help you achieve these
Have built a solid foundation over 12+ years in sectors such as High Tech, Pharmaceuticals, Data Centres, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas
Are proficient in tools like Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, SafranRisk, and familiar with platforms including ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict!, and project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Understand the principles of ISO 31000, COSO, AACE, and PMI risk management frameworks
Combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills in a leadership context
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus on quality
Thrive in a dynamic environment with autonomy to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
