The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

  • Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge 
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices 
  • Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent 
  • Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent 
  • Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have previous in-house recruitment experience within the construction or consultancy sectors 
  • Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations 
  • Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems 
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused 
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
