The Opportunity

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, specifically the CPQ module and Sales Cloud. 
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the organization's needs, through declarative tools such as flows and process builders.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions 
  • Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements 
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes and procedures 
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements to the platform 
  • Be the content expert by providing coaching and training for Salesforce users via one-to-one, group and remote sessions, ensuring training documentation and content is refreshed on an ongoing basis 
  •  

Requirements: 

  • Relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with demonstrated experience in advanced configuration and customization 
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ Specialist Certified are preferred 
  • Experience troubleshooting Apex is an advantage 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
