In this role you will: 

• Lead a team of Cost Managers, Schedulers and Project Control Specialists, with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the project to the highest technical standards 
• Manage project costs, timelines and logistics for the European Life Sciences project portfolio, implementing value engineering and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with value for money 
• Collaborate closely with project teams to implement tools and methodologies that ensure ongoing progress reporting and risk management  
• Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients through partnership and trust  

We would love to hear from you if you: 

• Have grown your experience within client and engineering design organisations in the Life Sciences sector over the last 10 – 15 years  
• Have demonstrated experience across cost, schedule and risk control 
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar discipline  
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing  
• Are detail oriented and quality focused 
• Have a passion for building your team and developing and encouraging your employees 
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines 
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
